i'm back ... i've definetly noticed lower dopamine during hte day, i'm not branching out ... so what i've put together on how to do, is getting a bunch of adrenline and go on the net and do researech like crazy....beast mode, ill make a set time to start and once its there blast the adrenaline and move fast and quick.....seem to have surges of brilliance, then it slows down, then another comes along
