Have you ever seen the posters that say...
"Drink coffee....do dumb things faster"
There is no neurotransmitter to intelligence.
Intelligence likely has more to do with the complexity & efficiency of the brain's synaptic connectivity than it does with the level of any one neurotransmitter.
Increasing any one neurotransmitter out of balance will likely only decrease the function of the brain. Too much dopamine can give insomnia, paranoia etc.
