Today I ordered a two oil extracts. One extract is higher in CBD and the other higher in THC.

Normally, I would stray away from the THC, but it seems that (for some people) some THC is needed for therapeutic effect on mood / sleep.

I will start with one drop of each (separately) and see what happens.
