I can second that. Although i would prefer if you would try to get off Nardil altogether. If you (think) you have to take it, Metformin can counter the weight gain nicely. I have the suspicion that it causes my hair to fall out but id rather be bold than fat. I am reducing my meds in regular intervals. But for the time being i am on this stuff and thats why i take Metformin.
