I took remeron with luvox and they went fairly well together. I had insomnia on luvox too (which is strange as it is supposed to improve sleep).

Just a question, have you taken clomipramine before??

If you have not, I would say this is a **definite** medication to try in your situation. It is the gold standard for OCD. It is much better than luvox for depression and it has significant 5-ht2a antagonism (generally improving insomnia).

If remeron does not work, I would definitely ask your doctor about clomipramine.
