Then, I become "teary-eyed." I've been on virtually every other prescription antidepressant ever created in the Western World. For example, I've been on Prozac three times and it was only the first time I was on it that it worked.

Your experience with Prozac is all too common.

I see that Phidippus suggested that you consider chronic fatigue syndrome as an explanation for your lack of energy. I have two questions:

1. What are your symptoms and diagnosis?

2. What drugs have you added to Parnate?

Currently, I take:

Parnate 80 mg/day
nortriptyline 100 mg/day
Lamictal 300 mg/day
lithium 300 mg/day
Abilify 15 mg/day
prazosin 30 mg/day

I recently increased my dosage of Abilify from 10 mg/day to 15 mg/day. I am encouraged. If I had to make a change in my treatment, I would consider switching from Parnate to Effexor 300-400 mg/day and leave everything else in place.
