You need to surround yourself with people you can trust when you wean of the drugs, cause you need to be very careful with that you may become psychotic when you have like 50mg quetiapine left, and that is why i think you should keep 7.5mg olanzapine, cause then you don't need to worry. Olanzapine is the best antipsychotic out there close after clozapine!And i still think that you should quit EVERYTHING and get on Clozapine 200mg or Amisulpride 300mg. Just that, cause it can be that it is the only thing you need, and 200mg Clozapine/300mg Amisulpride is like 7.5mg olanzapine in side effects but a hell of a lot more antipyschotic!
I am going to start clozapine in januari, after i have done the blood works, just because i just wanna have 2 medicines, and no more!
Methadone 100mǵ and Clozapine 200mg, no more!
Maybe Amisulpride instead cause of the metabolic side effects.
