I don't know the therapeutic dosage range for CBD. Is it possible that you increased the dosage too quickly? It might be like someone jumping up to 60 mg of Prozac on the second day of treatment.
If you do discontinue the CBD, what is your next move? I can't help but to want to see you work towards 300 mg/day of Effexor, even if you move up by only 25 mg every week. Be sure to split your doses. I would use twice a day as a minimum. Maybe your first two increases could be by 12.5 mg. When you get to 100 mg/day, you could then increase by 25 mg. You would be using the IR tablets, of course. I do remember your saying at one time that you couldn't go higher than 37.5 mg/day. You seem to be tolerating 75 mg/day. Maybe you can go up higher still. Unless Effexor triggers some sort of manic or psychotic reaction, I would be aggressive with it. Effexor is, of course, an antidepressant. But it is also quite effective for anxiety disorders.
