I know someone already asked this question, but what are the criteria for TRD that you are using?

There is no one universally accepted definition for TRD. Some "official" definitions include the failure to respond to 3 antidepressants. Others require that there be a failure to respond to different classes of antidepressants.

Speaking for myself, I meet these criteria. Even if the number of failed antidepressant trials required to pronounce one as being treatment-resistant is raised to 20, I remain eligible. On Psycho-Babble, I am not so unusual in this regard.

Do you have TRD?
