the only thing similar to phenylethylidenehydrazine is Gabitril, which is a GABA reptake inhibitor, increases levels of GABA but i've read it's side effect profile is heavy, and people without siezures have side effects, but that's just reports, it varies between individuels
maybe....ask about gabitril? start like a low dose of something......
