I think i found the answer to my own question but some people may be more canny and know more than what is said in the lamotriine prescribing information, It says 25 mg every other day weeks one and two , weeks 3 and 4 25-50 mg for 1-2 weeks then a mainteance dose of 100-400mg so that marker i was after in my previous post must be 50 mg if after 50mg you can go to a maintenance dose of 100-400 daily. pb
