What kind of answer do you need? Would you like to hear only from people who have actually tried the combination treatment? You might not find anyone.

The only feedback I would offer you at this point is that Remeron is sometimes added to high dosages of Effexor. Like Prozac, Effexor is a potent serotonin reuptake inhibitor, so I doubt this property is in conflict with Remeron.
