I am not familiar with this. Can you briefly describe what it's all about?

NMDA receptors are set up to use glutamate. Glutamate is a neurotransmitter being looked at more closely for various mental illnesses, including depression and OCD. You might want to do a quick search for schizophrenia and glutamate or NMDA.

I took a look on Google. The full name of the condition you are looking at is actually "NMDA receptor antibody encephalitis". It is an autoimmune response targeting the NMDA receptor. It is not something you can cure with an antibiotic.
