I have heard of SSRIs causing body aches. Vortioxetine, among its many properties, is a serotonin reuptake inhibitor. Of course, I can't guarantee that vortioxetine is making your arthritis worse or accelerating the progression of the condition. Is the pain limited to those joints that you know to be arthritic?

Duloxetine (Cymbalta) would be interesting choice, as it is known to greatly reduce pain in a number of conditions.

There is some thought that SRI drugs can help with rheumatoid arthritis.
