There are a bunch of things you can try.
I'm not sure which route is best for you. You can switch antidepressants or add low dosages of a sedating antidepressant like of Remeron or trazodone. Some people use low dosages of Seroquel. There is a new sleeping medication called Belsomra (suvorexant). It is the first of a new class of drug to come to market. It works on orexin receptors rather than benzodiazepine receptors.
