I'm pissed (not at you). I am taking two weight-gainers: Abilify and nortriptyline. They both gang up on me, and I can't seem to lose weight. My physical condition disgusts me. This is not very helpful to my efforts to maintain self-esteem. Crap.

Good advice. And yes, it is sometimes very hard for me to do. I haven't been terribly optimistic lately.
