Psychiatry doesn't destroy you. *You* choose to take the meds. Don't take them, if you don't want to.
Withdrawal doesn't last 5 years.
If the withdrawal lasts 5 years, its because there is an underlying imbalance. If this is case, you need to accept that there is (and may continue to be) something wrong. As such, take the meds if they do more good than harm. Stop taking them, if they do more harm than good.Linkadge
