Believe as you will (duh), but what Larry wrote is an expression uttered in frustration, not intended to be taken literally. I know Larry as a kind man who does not wish death on you or anyone. He got angry, as have I, and likely will again. It's what happens. And you know that.
The first half is up for interpretation since it is nonsensical, but the last part is commonly known to be hyperbolic. No, it's not nice, but swearing rarely is accompanied by anything sweet.
