How do I feel right now and how do I feel afterwards. It worked immediately and has lasted for about two hours so far. I try to make it a point of having some around when I really need help. Before, I wanted to go to bed. That went away too and I'm writing this post instead of taking a three hour nap. Many strains help depression but if you're doing it every waking hour the depression can get worse. Use selectively. A two to four hour respite from severe depression is a gift.I agree, Phil. it's not as if this is being dispensed and prescribed so optimum results are achieved - we're our own guinea pigs. I have only used it to address my anxiety and insomnia. Having a hard candy as a delivery system does make it easier to function out in the open; I'm very aware of the effect on my cognitive skills, and don't drive if I have ingested. Not fined tuned for me yet.
