Some anti-diabetics cause weight gain. Apart from metformin, liraglutide causes the most weight loss.

Glucagon would not be used in that situation.

Anyway, metformin and liraglutide do not generally cause hypoglycaemia. Some anti-diabetics can cause hypoglycaemia, but they are also the ones which cause weight gain so you wouldn't be taking them anyway.
