I've taken all three, not at the same time. The risperdal and abilify did not help or made me worse. The zyprexa is the best med I've ever taken. Taken it for 17 years now and no diabeties. The abilify made me hypoglycemic. Had to constantly eat sugar just to keep my sugar high enough, so I wouldn't pass out, even though I didn't want to. Risperdal I was catatonic and holucinating all the time.
