all my mom and teachers from the past always talked about sugar and does have a high effect but it's cheap, and unhealthy for blood sugar, when glucose levels get moderate high, the mood increases for a small time.....the term "sugar high" but it's not fun.....get all peppy for about 10min and then nasty after it.....i don't eat candy for that, it's nasty to get too much sugar in the system....i just do it for the pleasant taste...

i like strawberries....with wipped cream lol.....cherries are ok, not really a big fan of them though....i like marcino cherries, but those are machine made...

and the famous thing to carry an apple around and eat it, i've seen that in movies, more like a social thing to do to look like a hotshot eating an apple.....has kinda a symbolic symbol of intelligence and other things...it was in star trek, tons of movies....but apples are ok, i don't oranges or peaches, i need to start eating fruit, grapes, refres myself with natural stuff.....high frucrtose corn surup is always a main ingriediant in candy and soft drinks....and it is very good too.....but just to have natural sugar from fruit like you said, that's healthy way, that and yogert

lol yea....i didnt mean to say magnum's are new....they have been around long time....wrote it too fast.....lol
