My plan is reduce p to 8mg x2, then go up to 20mg on z and down to 4mg x2 p, then 0mg p. Probably over a month.
I don't think I will need anymore sedation. Never did in the past when I only took z.
15mg olanzapine (Zyprexa)
-A 10mg and a 5mg, 6 hours apart. Find it eases hunger.
12mg x2 perphenazine
