There was a evil rumour that you could charge your iphone in 90 seconds in the microwave.
You believe(d) something pretty similar was good for your brain. It is BS. Dont do it is all i can say. I see people that had done ECT all the time. None of them said "thank god i did it".
They all sound more or less like you and regret it. It is a shame.
