The fda has over 400 pages of deeming regulations for ecigs. nobody knows what's going to happen. Casaa's lawyer is good and wrote a 57 page rebuttal. For now, it's out of our hands until we hear from the fda.
to be politically correct, you don't smoke ecigs, you are a vaper who vapes ecigs. If you tell someone you smoke them then they will call you a smoker. You are only a smoker if you smoke. The public thinks we are still smoking. IOW, they don't know their *ss from a hole in the ground.
I follow smokers rules when vaping. I vape only where smokers can smoke. If you get approval to vape somewhere, great. If you don't then don't do it. But always ASK first no matter if you see someone vaping in a restaurant or any where else. It hurts the cause if we push it on others and it shows good manners if nothing else.Smoking is the past, vaping is the future, and the future is now.
