Hmm you sure sound alert and on track, which surprises me. Many anti-medication threads are created by hopeless quacks.
I may try to go off medications, too, but i won't force it and give it plenty of time. I have an arrangement with my doctor to always have as needed medication if i figure out i am too unstable.
I like your idea of having a baseline and not allowing things to get any worse than this. This is good.

Schizophrenia and Depression
Seroquel 800mg
Zyprexa 5mg
Lithium orotate 480mg
Metformin 1500mg
Effexor 20mg
