Hi Eric,
I'm not sure I understand the terms. I think these thoughts are perhaps both recurrent and intrusive, but I'm not sure. One constant thought is that I am crazy or going crazy. I think about this all day long. But is a symptom of an anxiety disorder recurrent and intrusive thought?
