Thanks for all the suggestions, and I'm glad you had some fun. May I ask if you deal with social anxiety, too? I remember your mention of BP NOS.
I plan to discuss nortriptyline with the doc this week. Lyrica is already on board. It helps with GAD type anxiety and raises the threshold against panic, but that is about it. I'll be starting CBT soon.
