Are you asking the state Vanderbilt is in?. Its in Nashville Tennessee. It seems to be a pretty advanced hospital. they're also doing a Deep Brain Stimulation clinical trial for depression there. As well as having different psychiatrists that each specialize in a particular field of mental illness.
