second. want to say congrats for being able to nurse for so long. i think its beautiful.only suggestion i have is pristiq it is a metabolite of effexor.
i had horrible results with effexor but pristq worked well.
i am up to 100mg, normally start with 50. that was fine first couple years. stopped for my second child. when started again, needed to go up to 100.best wishes.
