Just reading threads and posts on here. Sounds like quite a few people feel they should never have gone on meds. Or got off them sooner? Or then those that definitely requirement them to Treat severe symptomology diagnosis's which seem to change not by the posters but by science or docs all the time. I for one should have listened to myself years ago yes used the benzos for a period of time. Most like about l0 years and when I wasn't taking them anymore should have not started them. Then when SSRI's came out should have listened to my gut as felt fine and never taken the first pill. So what is your feeling on medications. Most assuredly many do require them. But then seems so many started one which turned into two then three four and more. So if you could do it again what what do you feel you would do? Thanks Phillipa
