>Is there a way to get the benefits without the irritation?

The higher up you go on Geodon, the more dopamine is suppressed, which should help with your irritabity.

>Do I go up to 80mg?

Why not try 120 or even 160 mg?

>Won't I lose the dopamine AD effects at that dose?

There are no dopamine AD effects at any dose of Geodon. Geodon exerts its antidepressant qualities in two ways: 1. It agonizes key serotonin receptors 2. blocks the reuptake of serotonin and norepenephrine.
