Hello everyone! I have gradually been crossing over to valium to get off of klonopin. I am now on 7.5mg valium with .625mg klonopin, and tonight will be my last night to take klon. I will be moving up to 10mg valium tomorrow night, then stabilizing for 4 weeks. After which, I will begin a gradual taper from valium. I will have remeron to help when I get to the lower doses near the end. Ive never been able to get this low on klon before and it is amazing to me. I haven't had too many issues either, doing well.
