My son saw a therapist yesterday, after being on meds from the care facility Pdoc for almost a month.
Improvement is slow but steady and he's managing. He still needs a visit or a phone call to remind him
to take meds but we want to gradually decrease the reminders and make him independent.
His temperament is better than it has been in 2 years. He liked the therapist, a woman in her
30's, he had some visits with her several years ago.
His regular Pdoc is not connected with the care center and hasn't been that helpful, he might accept
a Doctor from the care center but he tried a temporary change of Docs a year and a half ago and it didn't work out.
His med regimen is posted earlier in this thread but I need to get the dosages for anyone who is interested.
Leaving Zyprexa after 10 years is a big deal I am still concerned about it.
