I can't help you personally, but I was gonna say two things:
First, irreversible MAOIs (like Nardil and Parnate) are available in Australia. I don't know whether there is some kind of agreement between Chinese and Australian authorities that would allow you to import it, but I think it should be easier for you to get it from there than from Europe or North America.
And second, if you do go on an MAOI, you have to be very careful with the food you eat. The "MAOI diet" is pretty much based on Western cuisine, so it's possible that there is Chinese food that contains a lot of tyramine but that won't be on the restricted foods list. Irreversible MAOIs are also available in Japan, so maybe it would be possibly to get an MAOI diet list from there.
Good luck with finding a way to get an MAOI, it's probably even more difficult than it was for some of us here.
