Many amisulpride users report that they experienced amisulpride pooped out within a week of using it, and that later they tetried it, only to find it never worked again.
I've got a solution for this. When you retry it, try it at a larger dose for several days, like 400 mg or 600mg,then reduce it to 50mg or 25mg. By doing that,you;ll find it works again.
However, this is only my personal experience.Don't know whether or not it'll work for you.
