My doc assured me it would be the same, just longer lasting, but it doesn't feel the same. Since the switch I'm noticing my ADD symptoms much more than with the IR? Whats the deal? Should I ask for a higher dose?

With Adderall, I'm not sure you'll want to actually straight up ask for a higher dose. You know your doctor better than us, but some doctors are likely to feel uneasy with prescribing more Adderall than usual, especially when asked to. I'm sure you're aware of this, since it is Amphetamine/Speed.

But just tell your doc about it not working as well, and let him decide what he wants to do. At least that's what I'd do.
