So went to my psych dr to get off Abilify (due to flattened mood) and start something new. I thought she would put me on Brintellix but she didn't know much about it. In addition to mood flatness from Abilify, I've had no energy and spend quite a bit of time in bed. If it were not for Vyvanse or Adderall I'd be a total recluse. My concern is that about 4-5 years ago I tried Savella and it drove me through the roof and made me angry, but I didn't have problems with fatigue back then. Now I'm hoping Fetzima takes me out of this funk. Hopefully, there is enough molecular tweaking between Fetzima and Savella to do the trick. Any one else on it?
I will keep you posted on how it goes.

Lexapro 20 (weaning off)
Abilify 3mg (stopped)
Adderall 10-20 as needed for energy
Xanax 1mg to 3mg as needed
Ambien (when it works)
