I had nightmares and disturbing dreams all the time when I started therapy. They were mostly about him - my therapist - rejecting me, assaulting me, yelling at me, treating me with contempt. I was working through all this childhood trauma stuff in my dreams and in my relationship to him.
After a while in therapy, the dreams stopped. Now I barely remember my dreams.
