It's not very nice. Try 100 before you go higher.
But people with schizophrenia forever ago were on maybe 800, I dunno. The nurses used to wheel them out into the sunlight so they could burn easliy, some photosensitivity thing that will not be an issue where you are.
Don't go taking 200 or more before you try less.
