SSRIs are really the best way to treat OCD. A couple of options may interest you: Vyibriid an SSRI with 5ht1a agonizing properties. Vybriid has little in the way of side effects, including sexual side effects. Miirtazapine is another option. It is a tetracyclic AD and does not have many of the side effects SSRIs have.

If you don't want to do an antidepresent, there are a bunch of other options, but I find they don't work as well without and AD on board:

Rilutek
Mementine
Keppra
Ondensetron
Tramadol
