Like you suggested above, Lamictal could help your depression, but would need to be regular. It's not at all like Neurontin, which you could still take PRN if it helps.

Remeron is a useful add-on, but I think it would be unwise to start at 30mg in case you react badly. Perhaps you could try 15mg? You may feel sedated during the day initially.
