Maybe a benzo, Neurontin, or lyrica instead of a reuptake inhibitor?

TCA drugs (I'm thinking of Tofranil-PM in particular) are powerful antidepressants. They also have anti-cholinergic effects, which might be helpful (? I'm just guessing here...). Just a thought...
