i found this extremely empowering and most importantly, hopeful for people like us.
*just a heads-up; there may be some things she mentions that may be triggering...
people do get back to life. i'm finding, for me, depression is a liar. it's time for me to realize people can and do live a meaningful life with all sorts of mental conditions.
i want to learn from people like this...
