I am currently at 20mg but generally I find that any change in medication dosage, however slight, affects me greatly. I try to give myself 4 weeks to get used to a change (just as a new med) unless it's very severe.
We all react differently. Try keeping a mood chart for a few days and see, objectively, if you are feeling better.Take good care.
