Still taking Buspar. I guess it's helping a little bit. My anxiety seems to have calmed down. I've thought about add on meds that my doc mentioned, but I really don't want to go back to feeling like a zombie. I haven't felt this clear headed in years.
I am still having problems with my ADD. I stopped Adderall a while ago because it was causing some afternoon irritability. But now I wonder if the Buspar would even that out.
I would really like to sit and read a book, but just can't stay focused.
Wondering if something as simple as adding back a low dose of Adderall would help with that.
Anyone combine these 2 with success. Seems like a weak combo, but I'm a sensitive gal.
