Lexapro does to some extent inhibit CYP2D6 (as most of the SSRIs do) which could raise nortriptyline levels, so a lower dose of nortrip would perhaps be required. Nortriptyline is a weak SRI and I have seen combined with alot of serotonergic meds including MAOIs. Since there's a study about using citalopram and nortriptyline together I would presume it's safe:
