I don't think there's any specific guidance to offer here, as there is so much variability in response to tryptophan, you can only try it and see what happens.

It is possible that it might increase ejaculatory latency, but that too is quite variable in dose-responsiveness. There is a complex interplay of the 5-HT1A, -1B, and -1C receptors in this physiological response, and genetics plays a big role in how things balance out.
