anxiety help

I had a traumatic experience many years back, and while i am well over it now,the anxiety never turned off. The only med that has ever worked is clomipramine, but it no longer works. I've tried many others, but to no avail. Lately I've had some success with phenibute, but it's not something that I can take every day due to tolerance build up. I am desperate now so sustained relief. Any ideas or words of wisdom would be appreciated.
