Before I was not able to work and had started to not do medical nursing and settle into psych nursing. Since I was a charge RN the first thing I always did was read all the patients charts. What struck me again and again was that a good majority of both male and female had thyroid disorders. That's when I figured there had to be a link between the two. Now I know that also other Hormones are also implicated. And I agree with you that Pdocs leave the medical stuff to other docs. It's really a pity. Phillipa
